- Good luck to the 7th & 8th grade Boys Basketball teams tonight against Effingham at 6:00 in the North Gym.
- Good luck to the 7th & 8th grade Girls Volleyball teams against Central A&M tonight in the Junior High Gym at 6:00.
- Good luck to the 6th grade Girls Taylorville Youth Volleyball team tonight against Central A&M at 5:00 in the Junior High Gym.
- It’s Gold Rush Night at the Boys Basketball games tomorrow night! You must wear the current Gold Rush shirt to get into the game for free.
- Chess Club Tournaments begin tomorrow in Mr. Hill’s room (107) from 3:15 to 4:00.
- Attention 6th, 7th, and 8th graders - Do you enjoy trivia? Do you love competition? Then you should consider going out for Scholastic Bowl. We will have a short informational meeting in Room 205, Thursday, January 12th from 3:15 to 3:30.
- The Builders Club will have their Christmas Party Thursday, January 12 in Mrs. Foil’s room (109) from 3:15 to 4:00. Please remember your treat to share and a gift for a boy or girl.
- Drama Club clinic will be today, Tuesday and Wednesday in the Cafeteria from 3:15 to 5:00. Auditions will be January 12th in the Forum from 3:15 to 4:00.
- Come join the Taylorville School Dance team for fun, friendship and dance,January 28th starting at 9:00 a.m. Clinic participants will perform their new routine at halftime of the THS boys basketball game that day at 4:30. Cost of registration is $30. Preregistered participants will receive a t-shirt and Pom Pons. Informational fliers are on the counter in the office.
