TAYLORVILLE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

STUDENT INFORMATION
  1. 6th, 7th and 8th Game Club for Tuesday, December 12th, has been canceled.
  2. 7th grade Volleyball tryouts are today from 5:00 to 7:00 at the North School Gym.
  3. 8th grade Volleyball tryouts are Monday, December 11th, 3:15 to 5:00 in the Junior High Gym and Tuesday, December 12th 3:15 to 4:45 in the North School Gym.
  4. Babysitting Clinic at Taylorville Memorial Hospital will be January 4th from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.. This clinic is being offered to girls and boys ages 11 and over. Fliers with detailed information are on the counter in the office.
  5. A reminder for sixth and eighth grade students about National Geographic Bee: Sign up in the office by today. If you need more information, see Mrs. Foil, Mrs. Rice, or Mr. Nieves.
  6. Hour of Code ends on December 11th.  If you complete the hour of code, please be sure to take a screenshot or a picture on your phone to show to Mrs. Mitchell (TJHS) or Mrs. Vocks (THS).  Students who complete the hour of code will be entered to win prizes.  The grand prize for THS and TJHS is a mini drone.  All students who complete the hour of code will be entered for the district grand prize of a Chromebook.
  7. Please check the Lost & Found table for your missing items. All items will be disposed of at the end of today.
