STUDENT INFORMATION
1. Good luck to the 7th grade Girls Volleyball team in the Regional Tournament against Chatham today at 5:00 p.m.
2. Congratulations to the Young Artist Showcase winners: People’s Choice - Alexander Allen; 1st Place - Brett Williams, Ella Hogge, Owen Morgan, Carmon Wiseman and Laynee Eisenbarth; 2nd Place - Trace Helton, Savannah Sitze, Angelina Scarpaci and Jenna Poelker; 3rd Place - Ella Kother, Jarrett Kohl and Alexander Allen. Sculpture category: 1st Place - Lorena Angel, Mia Stephens, Jenna Poelker; 2nd Place - Kendall Rexroad, Liliana Eberhardt and Alliyah Daily; Third Place - Macy Wagahoff, Jordan Hamell, and Jarrett Kohl.
3. Congratulations to the Wrestling team for their victories at Regionals! The following wrestlers placed accordingly: 1st Place and going to State are - Gabe Shultz and Cody Jackson; 3rd Place: Brandan Mathis, Hunter Gerlick; 4th Place - Aiden Seiler.
4. 5th and 6th grade Boys Taylorville Youth Basketball team pictures will be taken today at 5:00 p.m. in the North School Gym. Boys 6th grade team may pick up order forms in the office.
5. 5th Grade Game Club is canceled for today.
6. Today’s Chess Club Tournament has been canceled.
7. Builders Club will meet today in Mrs. Foil’s room (109) after school until 4:00.
8. Art Club will meet in Mrs. Elliot’s room (122) after school until 4:00.
9. Lego Robotics Club will meet tomorrow in Mr. Brown’s room (113) after school until 4:15.
10. 8th grade boys wanting to join the High School football team should attend the meeting on Wednesday at the Junior High right after school.
11. Track sign-ups will be in the Boys and Girls P.E.locker rooms. Girls will meet tonight from 3:15 to 3:30 today and Boys will meet tomorrow same time.
12. Start planning your costume for the Junior High School Dance. The dance will be on Friday, March 9th! You are not required to wear a costume to attend. We will have more details about the dance will be in the bulletin later.
