STUDENT INFORMATION
1. Good luck to the Track Team today in Warrensburg against Warrensburt-Latham and Pana. Meet begins at 4:30. Please dismiss team members at 2:15.
2. Any 8th graders interested in joining the end of the year talent show please notify your student council secretary Marcus Wilkins. First practice will be Thursday the 19th after school in the Forum or gym until 4:00. No instruments or other equipment are required first practice.
3. Deadline for Miles of Smiles dental services permission forms is TODAY. Forms need to be filled out and returned to the school nurse.
4. Book orders for the Media Center are due this Friday, April 20th. Orders may be turned in to Mrs. Southworth or Ms. Lowry.
5. All library books will need to be turned in to the Media Center by April 30. If you have books yet to read, be sure to check them out as soon as possible!
6. Parents of 6th grade students who haven't attended the required Chromebook meeting, please mark your calendar for May 10th at 5:30 pm in the forum. Please remember this is a requirement of our Chromebook program in order for students to be able to take the Chromebook home each night. If you have already attended a meeting this year, or if you attended in a previous year for a student who is currently in 7th or 8th grade, you have met this requirement. Thanks for your cooperation!
7. The Taylorville High School Dance Team will be holding tryouts in the High School cafeteria starting today through April 20th from 4:00 to 5:15 p.m.. If you have any questions, you may contact Coach Heather Odam 827-5605.
8. Our Junior High Drama Club will perform the play, Brothers O’Toole for the school this afternoon starting at 2:00. All fifth and sixth grade students should be escorted to the gym by their teachers at 1:50 so they can be seated.
9. All students who are involved in the production of the play will be going to the gym to get ready after 6th hour. Those students are: 6th grade - Ares Karrick, Ella Moreland, Charlee Neece, Hannah Patnode, Katherine Reeter, Mylie Sims; 7th grade - Alex Allen, Zoeie Coke, Jayde Hudson, Darrian Ippolito, Serenity Kennedy, Kaydee Prose, Jocelyn Williams, Destiny Wilson; 8th grade - Zamon Beck, Olivia Enlow, Bart Heimsness, Gage Matthews, James Owens, Lindsey Reeter, Angelina Scarpaci, Alexandrea Schimanski, Athan Sherbert, Claire Stormer, Braiden Stephens, and Marcus Wilkins.
