1. The Media Center is now open for business. Ms. Lowry is offering the Rebecca Caudill Reading Award Program again. If you read 3 of the 20 books on this year’s list, you are eligible to vote in February for the title you think should win this state award. If you read 10 books from the list, you will be eligible to attend the ice cream party at the end of the school year.
2. No open gym for 8th grade Boys Basketball tonight.
3. September Scholastic Book order forms are available in the Media Center and are due September 14th. Please turn them in to Ms. Lowry or Mrs. Southworth or you can order books online. You can get the access code in the Media Center.
4. 7th and 8th grade Junior High Girls Basketball tryouts will be tonight and Tuesday, August 28th in the North Gym from 3:30 to 5:00.
