STUDENT INFORMATION

Drama club is back and open to any student in 5th - 8th grade. If you are interested in participating, please sign up in the office by Friday, September 20th. The first meeting will be Tuesday, September 24th, in Room 114 from 3:10-4:00.

  
Newspaper club will hold their first meeting today during homeroom. This club is open to any student in 5th-8th grade. If you can not make it to the meeting, but would still like to join please see Mrs. Febus in Room 114 for more information.

 
Wednesday, September 25th will be crazy hair/hat day at TJHS.

The FCA will have See You at the Pole on September 25th. Meet in Mrs. Hughes’s room 111 first, at 7:30 am.

Wednesday, September 25 is a School Improvement Day. School will dismiss at 1:00.

 
Congratulations to those students that qualified to go the YMCA!  In order to qualify, students had to earn a 4 in Math OR ELA. Eighth grade students that qualify will go on Tuesday, September 24th, from 10:00-12:00.  Seventh grade students that qualify will attend on Thursday, September 26th, from 12:00 - 2:00 Sixth graders that qualify will attend on Thursday, September 26th, from 10:00 - 12:00.  All qualifying students will have lunch provided here at school. Students will be able to swim and play in the gym area. If you plan to swim, you must have a swimsuit and towel. Make sure your clothing is school appropriate.  Bring your gym shoes for the gym area.
