8th grade speech contest practice will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week after school in room 307.

 

The Art Club will meet in room 122 on Tuesday. Nov. 2nd after school.

 

The Drama club will meet on Thursday, Nov. 4th in room 114 after school.

 

Student council will meet in the Hot spot during 9th hour on Thursday, Nov. 4th.

 

This month we are looking for students who exemplify "Grit." 

Grit is defined as passion and perseverance in pursuit of long-term goals. Grit determines who survives at West Point, who makes the finals at the National Spelling Bee, and who is tough enough not to be a quitter.
