STUDENT INFORMATION
1. Congratulations to the 8th grade Boys Basketball for their victory over Mt. Zion last night!
2. Good luck to the 7th & 8th grade Girls Volleyball teams today at 4:00 at Springfield Grant.
Please dismiss the teams at 2:30.
3. Good luck to the 7th & 8th grade Boys Basketball teams at Blue Mound. Game time is at 6:00.
4. 7th grade Speech Contestants need to see Mrs. Beckley (103) sometime today.
5. Lego Robotics Club will meet today in Mr. Brown’s room (113) from 3:15 t0 4:15.
6. The Drama Club will be hosting its annual clinic with auditions today in the cafeteria. It is open to
all 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. The audition for the comedy/western, "The Brothers O'Toole"
will be Thursday and Friday,
Jan. 18th & 19th, in the forum. All meetings are after school, 3:15-5:00 P.M. Directors will be be double
casting for up to 14 males and 20 females.
7. Mr. Hill’s Chess Tournament continues tomorrow. Matches begin after school until 4:00.
8. Group Picture Day is Friday, January 19th. Order forms are in the office if you need one.
9. The Taylorville Junior Tornadoes Dance Clinic will be February 3rd. Registration fees are $30
and the deadline is January 22nd.
Complete information about the clinic is in the office.
