1. Taylorville Youth Cheer sign ups will be May 4th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.at the Manner’s Park Dining Hall.
2. There is a sign up sheet in the office for any student interested in poms for the next school year. Tryouts will be held May 7th and 8th from 4-6 pm. Poms is open to any student currently in 5th, 6th or 7th grade.
3. Attention 7th graders: The deadline for the 2020 trip to Washington DC/Philadelphia/New York City has been extended!! You have until June 1st to sign-up for the trip. There are currently 65 students signed up. The maximum is 95 students, so don't delay. Sign up today. You can pick up an informational flyer from Mrs. Rice, Mrs. Foil, or on the counter in the office.
4. Anyone interested in trying out for the high school cheer team, there will be an informational meeting held at the high school cafeteria on Friday, May 3rd at 6:00 for athletes and parents. Clinics will be held May 6-9th 4:30-6:30 and tryouts will be May 10th at 4:30. A current physical must be turned into the school nurse. Any further questions please contact Shelly Rexroad.
5. The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will meet in Rm 111 on Wednesday, May 8th at 7:30 am.
6. Any 7th grade student interested in running for Student Council President or Vice President needs to meet Ms. Hobbs in Rm 306 on Monday the last 15 minutes of your lunch hour.
