1. There is a sign up sheet in the office for any student interested in poms for the next school year. Tryouts will be held May 7th and 8th from 4-6 pm in the jr high gym. Poms is open to any student currently in 5th, 6th or 7th grade.
2. Attention 7th graders: The deadline for the 2020 trip to Washington DC/Philadelphia/New York City has been extended!! You have until June 1st to sign-up for the trip. There are currently 65 students signed up. The maximum is 95 students, so don't delay. Sign up today. You can pick up an informational flyer from Mrs. Rice, Mrs. Foil, or on the counter in the office.
3. Taylorville High School Cheer Clinics will be held May 6-9th 4:30-6:30 and tryouts will be May 10th at 4:30. A current physical must be turned into the school nurse. Any further questions please contact Shelly Rexroad.
4. The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will meet in Rm 111 on Wednesday, May 8th at 7:30 am.
5. The Art Club will meet in Rm 122 on Tuesday, May 7th until 4:00.
6. The TJHS Student Council is hosting a Trivia Night for all students on Friday, May 17th. There are fliers and sign up sheets in the office.
